Prior to the event, your software made planning easy for us. We organized our tables, identified what locations people were coming from, and we now have an existing customer database for the future.
Not that we would have chosen this, but we ended up being the event that answered the question, what would happen to the system if the power went out? We are happy to say, you and your staff quickly and calmly moved your equipment to get power from the hotel generator and had paper backup sheets just in case!

Event Express Pro was invaluable to the success of the first year of The Chicago Classic. Even before the event, Event Express Pro was always there for us, to answer questions and work out any issues that came up using the system. They also helped us train our Volunteer Staff via webcast training so that our volunteers would be familiar with the system before they came to work that weekend. Dance America would like to say how much we
appreciated the work of Event Express this
past weekend at the Michigan Classic. The
real-time judges computer scoring system
worked extremely well and truly helped
speed up the scoring and compilation
process. Before the judges left the floor
the scores were tabulated and the winners
could have been announced
immediately. In a word, AWESOME! Of
course, the pre-event online registration
provided by Event Express Pro worked to
perfection. We look forward to many years
